1. Digital Products (Indicators, Tools, Downloads)
All purchases of indicators, downloadable files, or digital tools are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital products.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Online Courses(Future product)
If you enrol in a paid course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
You have not downloaded course materials in bulk.
After 7 days (or if the above conditions are not met), no refunds will be issued.
3. Duplicate or Unauthorised Payments
If you are charged multiple times for the same product or experience an unauthorised payment, please contact us at support@istokx.com
Verified cases will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.
4. Technical Issues
If you face technical difficulties accessing a product you purchased, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Refunds will only be issued if the problem cannot be solved by our support team.

iStokx is not responsible for any payments made to third-party platforms (e.g., brokers, exchanges, or external tools). Please contact them directly for refund concerns.
