3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers; we do not store your sensitive payment information.

• Once purchased, access to digital products (like indicators) is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific Refund Policy.

4. Community Guidelines (Code of Conduct)

If you participate in forums, chats, or discussions:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or abusive content.

• Do not share misleading financial or investment claims.

• No spamming, scamming, or promotion of third-party services without permission.

• Do not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on iStokx (indicators, tools, videos, designs, blogs, branding, etc.) is our intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit iStokx content without prior written consent.

• User-generated content (such as comments or forum posts) remains yours, but by posting, you grant iStokx a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it.

• We do not guarantee profits, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted access.

• iStokx is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform, including financial losses from trading decisions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
